ASHI, founded in 1976, is North America's oldest and most respected professional society of home inspectors. ASHI Membership qualifications are stringent and acceptance is restricted to those who have demonstrated competency and appropriate experience as judged by peer review and the passing of multiple levels of testing in technical and ethical subjects. ASHI’s continuing education seminars provide specialized training in every conceivable subject related to the home and its parts. This training encompasses all the trades and professions and equips the Home Inspector with the broad knowledge base that is unique to the profession. There is no other source for this training.
