The Walker Family has been serving the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia communities with construction and Real Estate services since 1742.

William L. Walker is the President of , and has been with the company since 1998.

William L. Walker has performed over 3500 inspections personally, including a wide variety of house ages and styles.

William L. Walker draws from his 25 years of experience in the local building industry. A native Washingtonian, he is the fifth generation to provide home building and real-estate services in the area. His areas of expertise include estimating, design, costing, and construction of new homes; as well as retrofit design and problem-solving skills as they relate to the remodeling industry. He has worked extensively with engineers, architects, contractors, homeowners, designers, home buyers, banks, and real-estate agents in the managing of his custom home business.

Joseph Walker, former President of since 1991, and an Inspector/Consultant with the firm since 1985, is now retired. Joseph is the son of Claxton Walker, founder of .

Joseph Walker has performed over 10,350 inspections, and 1000's more specific problem solving inspections. He possesses a broad range of knowledge in various trades and all aspects of old and new construction. Houses and buildings inspected include all ages, virtually all styles and some of Washington's oldest and most prominent private residences. Many historical houses in all parts of Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia have been inspected as well. Past clients include a former U.S. President, presidential families, U.S. Representatives and Senators, Foreign Ambassadors, County Executives, Judges, engineers, architects, custom home builders, and most of the nation's largest home builders.

  • Simultaneously operated a property management operation that coordinated the efforts of several homeowner associations in the execution of capital improvements and the prediction and planning of capital reserve budgeting and improvements.
